Lawn maintenance equipment to include a 42" Craftsman riding mower included in sale. In addition to mountain stream, property has lots of very large trees and lots of flat grassy area. No restrictions, volunteer property owners' annual fee of $125 for road maintenance. There is plenty of room to park a Motor Home or Travel Trailer. All you have to bring is your groceries or take a short drive to one of many local restaurants.
