About this House

Welcome to this charming 2 bd, 3 ba home offering plenty of space. It is just waiting for you to make it yours. The floorplan offers ton of flexibility. The home has tested positive for meth in the kitchen and living room as in it was used in the home, not manufactured. The septic tank is falling in and leach lines are failing and encroaching on another property. The only permit that the county is able to offer is for a pump and haul system. This is like a holding tank and would have to be pumped often. The current owner turned the living room and dining room into a library and is willing to leave some of the books. They will also leave the antique wagon in the yard and the piano. The pool has been taken down. The lot was recently subdivided. The other lots have their own road access so they will not use the driveway from the home. The fireplaces are located in the living room, office and library. The upstairs is not counted in the square footage. It was originally the attic.

The Hasty/Ball Park area is queit, priced well, and just off the highway. 10 minutes to Downtown HP and 5 or so to Uptown Thomasville- Both of which are experiencing a revival in business and livability. Shoppng is a bit limited right now, but within 20 minutes, you can find what you need. Attending games at FInch Field, the college league baseball field, is a great family activitity in the simmer."
