Quiet building near all hospitals, UMMC, Mississippi College School of Law, and the Capitol Building. Wonderful restaurants and brewery are minutes away in Belhaven and Fondren. Belhaven University and Millsaps College are 3 minutes away. Smoke Free building, including weed. $1295 per month + $50 towards water, sewer, trash, gas. Tenant pays their own electric. App fee is only $40 per occupant. Credit/Background check will be run. 3x income is required - deposit is based on credit score and length of employment. Below 550 credit cannot be considered.
