One guest room features its own private bathroom and direct access to the backyard.

Upstairs, a generous bonus room with a half bathroom provides flexibility as a recreation room, home gym, or fifth bedroom. The home also includes a large laundry room with a utility sink and washer/dryer connections on the main floor. This home also has a nice screened-in lanai that opens to the backyard.

Ironwood is a gated community just minutes from the St Johns Town Center. This community offers a swimming pool and fitness center for its residents to enjoy.

Pets are welcomed upon approval and with a pet fee.
Tenants are responsible for lawncare.
