Last serviced in January 2021 with a new condensate pump. The water heater was last serviced in February 2021 installing a new pressure release valve. Thermal tilt-in windows installed in 2010. Fiber installed in 2019.
2 outside sheds, 1 metal, and 1 Rubbermaid. 2 car detached garage with 1 electric opener. Workshop with benches and storage on one side for projects. There is more storage in the rafters above the stalls with most of the flooring being covered by wood planks and easily accessible by ladder. Shelving around the walls for pots and gardening supplies plus a hanging shelf for the same or fishing and camping gear.
The Street View is from 9-10 years ago. The home to the left is now a vacant lot. The house on the right has been converted into an upstairs and downstairs apartment.

Demo Concrete along the east side of home Build a 10x30 deck at threshold height from the front of the house to the rock wall past the back door, custom railing, wood decking with ramps for handicap access. Repair/Install guttering, facia and drip edge on rear of home reconnect downspout from the second story. Scrape/Tuckpoint west wall. Repair/replace fascia and soffit on the porch, install new 4x4 pillars with handrail for steps.
