Lake Minneola is beautiful and also full of activities. It’s a place that’s growing a lot and very fast but still feels very family oriented."

    "I've been in Clermont since 2001 and urban sprawl has consumed the beauty of what Clermont used to be. The beautiful rolling hills are pretty much gone. It's become an overcrowded and overpriced sea of subdivisions ruled by the standard nazi organizations (HOA's). Then there are the expensive apartment complexes adding to the mix of shoving more people into the area."
