5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughters attend school here and their staff is very unorganized and when calling the school or asking about your children. They have no clue about anything. I ask them questions about the children they have no answer for me and they have terrible attitudes. I don't understand why they are school staff if they don't even do their part. Today 3/6 I came to pick up my girls from school and they have a doctors appointment today and I go to the main office and they have no clue where they were or why after school program my daughters where in. The after school program is within the same facility. They should know all this information. This concerns their safety, why if there was a emergency. Security guards are on their phones taking personal calls, ignoring my attendance to pick up the girls. Like this is ridiculous and this is not how a school should be ran. Especially if this is a elementary school. These kids are young. This is a ongoing problem and the staff should get retrained or fired. Please address this to the school please.Other Review8y ago5 Reviews - Brownsville Academy High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy journey with New Heights Middle School began when my son joined in sixth grade, and it has been a truly transformative experience for him and our family. Over the years, this school has provided a nurturing, engaging, and dynamic environment that has allowed him to grow academically, socially, and personally. The dedicated faculty and staff at New Heights have consistently shown their commitment to supporting students and fostering a love for learning. My son has been inspired by passionate teachers who encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in the classroom. The school's diverse range of programs, from academics to extracurricular activities, has helped my son discover his interests and talents while developing essential life skills.Beyond academics, the emphasis on values such as kindness, respect, and community has had a lasting impact. My son has formed meaningful friendships, learned to collaborate with peers, and gained confidence in expressing himself. The strong sense of belonging and camaraderie among students and families has made New Heights feel like a second home.As my son prepares to move on to high school, (can not believe it! ) I can confidently say that the foundation built at New Heights has equipped him to face new challenges and opportunities with resilience and determination. Our experience with this school has been truly great and we will always treasure the wonderful memories and lessons it has given us.Parent Review10mo ago6 Reviews - Check out schools near 823 Maple St #12.

"Dogs are here, but no dog parks are readily available in the neighborhood. You have to travel a good distance to get to a dog park."

"There are a lot of public parks to walk your 4-legged bestie. Since many people own dogs everyone takes care to pick up after them. The one thing that a dog owner might not like is that the area is very flat. So there isn’t very challenging terrain."
