Illness forces the sale of this great home.When the owners put the park model on this lot they added on a large Living Room with Propane fireplace and a sun room attached to the Living Room. They also extended the bedroom and added on a room for storage, office, large laundry area, a full bathroom with walk in shower. They also added a shed in fromt of the large living room and a large shed in back of the home.This home comes fully furnished with everything except the grandfather clock, some wall hangings and items on the book cases, and personal items. There are some items in the Sheds that do not stay as well. Lots of rose bush's on lot. It is so hard to describe the inside it is a must see. Golf cart sold separate for $1,500
