"Outstanding neighborhood with a great family friendly feel. We have a Springfield address but officially live in Republic. Great school system and now have College of the Ozark just about ready for grand opening. We have Flat Creek and other great eating restaurants. "

"This neighborhood is very safe and we have the best neighbors all around us. It’s friendly and people with small children as well as seniors citizens live here. It’s a great place to walk, and we even have a gorgeous community pool. "
