About this House

Home with great bones on a half acre lot in West Foley convenient to everything! There's a metal roof, and all the windows were replaced in 2017. This one is in need of much TLC and some minor repairs but it's a gem waiting for polish in a great neighborhood. All appliances except dishwasher will need to be replaced as well as the carpet in one bedroom. The HVAC is not working at this time but is in process of gathering estimates for repair. The floor plan is open kitchen/dining, to living and the bedrooms are split on opposite ends. A single garage serves the main structure but it will need a roll up door. There's a great double garage with loft and additional covered parking stall in the massive fenced back yard too so additional vehicles and or boats will fit nicely.
