Bedroom closets have organizers and there is also a cedar closet upstairs. There is a full basement with washer/dryer and storage, 1 car detached garage with additional storage area.
 All appliances, washer and dryer are included. Tenant responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. One month security deposit required upon approval. One year minimum lease. No smoking inside the home.
