The home is located across the street from Richmond elementary school and Meade Pool! The entire house has been remodeled - all new flooring, light fixtures, new windows and blinds. New roof, plumbing and electrical too. Every inch of this house has been updated and has central air. The kitchen has an abundant amount of cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Two bedrooms and a full bath are on the main floor. Upstairs there is a huge bedroom, half bath and an additional room - great space for an office. Bedroom closets have organizers and there is also a cedar closet upstairs. There is a full basement with washer/dryer and storage, 1 car detached garage with additional storage area.
 All appliances, washer and dryer are included. Tenant responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. One month security deposit required upon approval. One year minimum lease. No smoking inside the home.
No prior evictions. We require references as well as income verification.
