Coming from a small school in a town of less than 800 people, I was very nervous about sending my children to a larger district. In a very short amount of time, any worries I had were put to easy by the amazing staff and administration at this school. Not only to they notice things it took the small schools years to address, but they come up with a plan to try to correct any issues right away.

"Easy to walk them and there are sidewalks everywhere and it is pretty safe place if that is something that you are looking for "

"There is two parks and a school within walking distance of my childs school. Downtown is also nearby. We feel safe here and everyone is friendly. So much stuff to do. Brookings is a great place to live and raise a family."

"I just recently moved to brookings and it is a very nice community. Although it is bigger than what I grew up in, it’s not a huge city where I get lost. In the few months I’ve lived here we have made many friends in, and around our neighborhood "
