If you’re a parent do NOT send your kids to H.W. Byers high school, they set us up for failure. The teachers never teach, we are underfunded, they’re more focused on phones than actually getting teachers in class rooms to teach. The teachers are snotty and rude all the time and will talk about students poorly! The principal doesn’t do her job nor does she listen to students concerns she simply brushes them off. They are not involved with their students and when students express that were seen as disrespectful.

This school is terrible, if you have the chance and can afford to send your child somewhere else do it!! The Staff is so rude and cares nothing about the children!! I cant believe the state or gov. would let this school be open at all, and it saddens me to see that theses kids dont even have a chance! There are no activities for students in elementary at all, they only care about high school kids, not to mention they are unruly and dis obedient children! What has this world come too!!
