About this House

This home has great curb appeal and is ready for the white glove tour. New paint both interior and exterior. New energy efficient door and dual pane windows hosting 2" faux blinds. New carpet with 8 pound pad that feels great on your feet. The dining room and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The tub was refinished and has a tile surround. Good storage in the hall way with two closets. The kitchen has a new stainless steel sink, stainless steel 5 burner stove and a new microwave, plus dishwasher. The laundry room is right off the kitchen and has wall to wall overhead cabinets and washer/dryer hookups. You have a large covered patio the full length of the house. In the back you have a 1.5 car garage with an automatic garage door opener, and plenty of storage. You'll find several citrus trees all holding fruit ready for your table. The lot is really long and in the back you have a good sized RV pad for extra parking, a metal shed, and an enclosed storage area with raised wood boxes for gardening. Currently the house is serviced by an EV cooler and a double sided wall furnace. This home is scheduled for a new central air system in June but for now this home has some of the lowest utility bills I have ever seen. This in part is due to the heavy thick interior plaster walls.
