The lot is really long and in the back you have a good sized RV pad for extra parking, a metal shed, and an enclosed storage area with raised wood boxes for gardening. Currently the house is serviced by an EV cooler and a double sided wall furnace. This home is scheduled for a new central air system in June but for now this home has some of the lowest utility bills I have ever seen. This in part is due to the heavy thick interior plaster walls.
