About this House

Big Farm house built in 1920 on 1.14 acres. Close to town but not in city limits. Side ramp to the deck and right into the large living room. Nice large kitchen with breakfast room. Washer and dryer included. Bath on the first floor. There is another room on the first floor 12x12 to use as game room or another bedroom (you have to walk through that room to go upstairs). Two huge bedrooms upstairs and large storage area or could be a second bath . Partial basement that you access from outside with newer hot water heater, sump pump, newer oil furnace . Roof looks good. New replacement windows on three sides of the home. A little TLC, and it would be very nice. There is an outside plug for electric where the previous owners had an above ground pool. Very close to the YMCA. Waiting for it's next loving owner!
