It is a unique condo, sharing only one wall (a garage wall) with the other owner-occupied condo it shares the Association with.This house was designed and built in 2007 to echo the Arts & Crafts style found throughout Hyde Park and was developed with care by a local resident. Foundation is ultra-strong with reinforced rebar and the highest quality concrete. The only residents have been the owners and long-time, non-college tenants. Pets are okay, but dogs only under 35 pounds (due to softwood flooring susceptible to scratching). Cats okay. Others by agreement. $500 non-refundable pet fee required on lease signing.Owner pays for monthly yard maintenance of mixed xeriscaped/landscaped front and rear yards.     "There's not any place to take your dog, but there's plenty of room on side streets for walking them on a leash. Most everyone has yards with some space for their pets. Most the pets here are friendly so having a mean type of guard dog would be out of place, but it would be ok if it stayed in the yard. Just know that it will bark all the time because there's lots of foot traffic."
