"Too many homeless and thieves downtown Bakersfield. Empty after 2100 at night. Back up to Oildale....."

"Calm and quiet neighborhood neighbors are friendly as well but to many homeless roaming the streets and dirty sidewalks and areas. Wish the city would at least take more time to clean up the streets of trash and debris."
