This rental includes two parking spaces, one uncovered and one covered. A flow form fountain built with natural stone makes the center piece of the shared green space just outside our door, where the families that live here mingle and play.

Tenant is responsible for utilities, owner pays sewer, water, trash and hoa fees. Please no pets and no smoking.

This area is super walking friendly and close to the biking/walking trail, stores, parks, schools, restaurants, downtown Sebastopol, the movie theater and more. Not sure why the walk score isn't 85+/100 as it's truly the perfect location. Would give anything to be able to afford getting back into this neighborhood. Excellent schools too."
