"There's a bus stop on most corners, and both main streets (Judge Perez and Saint Bernard Hwy) extend all the way to downtown, becoming North Robertson and Saint Claude Avenue, respectively. It is an extremely easy commute, and only minutes away from downtown, depending mostly on how far into town you want to go, and how thick the traffic is at that time. "

"I’ve lived here for 13 years. Mesmerized every day by the Mississippi River just a couple of short blocks away. We have such a great sense of community in this small nook in the river with a great deal of proud in how far we’ve come. Would not/ could not live anywhere else!"
