As both a parent of former student and a former staff member, I highly recommend Navajo. The community is unmatched.

This is our first (kindergarten) year at Pueblo elementary. It’s not what any parent expects or would be excited about (and we are a Spanish speaking family). It is a fast paced school, and a lot is demanded from both parents and students. That is what other mothers have informed opinions me as well. I do want to point out that it has a good school team to better assist children with learning difficulties. The teachers and rest of the staff are well mannered and good intentioned. Academically speaking, it is above average for the general population. Overall, it is a good atmosphere, the students learn and do seem happy at school, but then again shouldn’t all feel that way at any school?

Since covid hit this school has declined a significant amount. I am a current student here (class of 2022). It was never this bad. I don't know how anyone could take pride in being associated with this place. It's disgusting how people treat each other here. The teachers are for the most part good, but the security is has been understaffed lately (understandable). So that excuses the literal moshing in the lunch line. I am reminded every day in the lunch line, that my voice does not matter to the EIGHT people I've talked to about being assaulted in the lunch line. That's understandable though cause you're understaffed, right? Dear staff, I apologize for bothering you in the first place.
