10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAmazing school. Embraces outdoors, costal environment, enrichment, student interest clubs, amazing programs such as green heart and two science labs! This school is very organized and has a really strong admin dedicated to keeping the school safe and keeping the entire environment fun, happy, and positive! The teachers want to be there, the kids walk in smiling, and the principal goes above and beyond for the entire school community. She trusts the staff, there isn’t a place with more caring and happy, experienced and motivated teachers! These are LUCKY kids! I am happy to know SIES provides a safe place for children of all abilities to express their interests, and have opportunities to problem solve, work within nature, and have the opportunity to make huge learning gains in every single classroom! The school radiates with sunshine and light as well as success on the inside and out- the kids walk in smiling, and they leave smiling. They are genuinely excited about their learning! 10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is massive and student's get lost in the shuffle. Teachers can't remember their names or have any personal connection to the students. Drugs are rampant and it's a frightening place to be for a young student. I do not recommend purchasing a new home in this area because if you do you have to consider a private school. 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am currently a student a Moultrie. Many of my teachers (and other teachers according to my friends) are incredibly rude and disrespectful to students. I have been told to “shut it” by my teacher almost every day. The teachers genuinely don’t car about bullying at all. Most people at this school are extremely anti-LGBT+ and anti-furry/therian. Also, fewer but still some people there (including teachers) are sexist and racist. The amount or work they give is unheard of. I have cried for hours because of lace of time to do things I enjoy. I have depression and Moultrie has only made it so much worse. I’m going to be honest I have never cheated on school work before but Moultrie made me. There are many unfair punishments but the kids who deserve them (homophobes, racist, sexist, bullies) don’t get almost any punishment. You also can’t go to the guidance councilor bc your parents will be told about your privet conversation. Many teachers have stolen from kids and nothing was done about it, teachers have been reported and nothing has been done. The only good thing about this school is the nurses, they actually help you and are kind. In summary: Moultrie is a horrible Nch where people go to suffer for 3 years or more.
