Quiet two bed 1 bath home with open kitchen to living room. Large fenced back yard near wooded area with large shed. Refrigerator, range, microwave, and first floor front load washer and dryer provided. This home is easy access to Missouri 350 Highway and walking distance to Raytown South High School.

Rent must not be greater than 35% of gross income. No prior evictions. No smoking. Credit score not less than 600. $35 application fee per adult for background check. Must be able to pay deposit and 1st month's rent when signing the lease. Must provide renters insurance certificate when moving in. We do look for good rental history. This property is currently not accepting the Section 8 Housing Voucher. Tenant pays for all utilities, trash collection, responsible for own lawn care and snow removal.
