"This area is just the right distance from Kansas City to be quiet, yet convenient. Tons of new construction in the area makes it one of the best places to shop and eat out. Close to the stadiums for sports fans, and not too far of a drive for morning commuters. Quiet community a short distance from everything-great place to live!"
