"commute is by car. there is a county bus i dont usesimple two lane travel at highway speeds. Twenty five minutes to downtown Peoria"

"Beautiful area, nice houses. Nice lake views. No sidewalks, or street lights. Sometimes cars will speed by on the main road. "

"This is an excellent neighborhood to raise a family. Our kids love the pools, lakes, and playgrounds all within walking distance. The area is very safe and we are never concerned with crime here."
