Description

Short walk to the Civic Center, 15-20 minute walk to downtown. Basic apartment, nothing fancy. No laundry in unit, but a laundromat is up the road. Window AC provided. All utilities (including shared wifi) paid by owner.

Ultimately, we are not a large company seeking to make a profit off of the property. We outgrew the space and wanted to be able to offer something affordable to others. We accept Section 8 vouchers.
