Tenant must notify landlord if HVAC problems occur.

No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, or similar activity is not permitted inside the home.
Smoking outside on the property is permitted.

Cleaning at Move-Out
Tenant must return the property in clean and sanitary condition.
If not cleaned to professional standards, landlord may deduct a professional cleaning fee from the security deposit.

Entry by Landlord
Landlord may enter the property for inspection, maintenance, or showing.
Except in emergencies, 24 hours notice will be provided.

Subleasing
Subleasing, assignment, or short-term rentals (such as through Airbnb) are not permitted without written landlord approval.

Continued Rent Obligation
Tenant agrees to remain responsible for rent until the end of the lease term unless another tenant approved by the landlord assumes the lease.

Lead-Based paint Disclosure (Maryland)
