This 112-year-old Queen Ann style home was clearly amazing in it's day. It has had the same owner since 1954. Located on a large corner lot in the East End/Central Park area, it is in need of some repairs and updating. It does have a new roof, and there's hardwood floors throughout. There's a round room on the first floor and one on the second floor. For someone who loves and appreciate these old, stately homes, and doesn't mind tackling the project of updating it, this could be a very good buy.
