The living area is highlighted by its pitched roof and statement fireplace which does run on a gas flame for use during the cozy and rainy evenings. The small backyard space has a paved area, space for extra storage and turf has been laid down to provide an area for small pets. We love dogs!

Perhaps the most enticing reasons to live at 810 Baker St. are: the walkability to the restaurants, shops and breweries at The LAB and The Camp and the ease of access to the 55, 405 and 73 freeways.

The home comes with two parking spaces in the community's gated, subterranean parking structure. All appliances included: refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The home also features central air and heat but the plethora of ceiling fans also provide cooling.
