I have 1 or 2 bedrooms for rent in my charming, whimsical historic 3/2 home built in 1915 - an original Sears catalogue home, unique layout, tropical style. Owner lives in upstairs loft. Bedrooms for rent are downstairs.

Get to Bradenton, Sarasota, St Pete or Tampa easily with quick access to I-75 and I-275. It's in north Palmetto, in Terra Ceia North neighborhood. It feels rural, but everything is easy to access when you need it.

BEDROOM + PRIVATE BATH $1000:
Furnished - Queen bed (or bring your own bed, optional) dresser and wall-mounted Smart TV. Private bathroom with shower, attached to bedroom.

BEDROOM, SHARED BATH $800:
Furnished - Queen bed (or bring your own bed, optional), dresser and wall mounted Smart TV. Shared full bathroom accessed via main living space has tub/shower combo.

Shared spaces include living room, kitchen, and dining nook. Newer model LG washer and dryer located just outside kitchen door.

Laidback country setting, 1/2 acre of land, huge backyard, hot tub, large above ground pool, fire pit, gas grill. Basketball goal and some workout equipment helps you pretend exercise is fun.

No smokers, drugs, unruly kids or destructive pets.

3 cats and 1 older shihtzu dog reside in the house. There is also a large chicken coop where approximately 20 pet chickens and a pet muscovy duck are housed. They are all friendly and love eating treats from your hand.

None of my pets are aggressive. Unless you have fried chicken. Then Smokey, the bigger grey cat, becomes your new BFF. whether you like it or not.

1-6 month lease. At the end of the lease term, goes month-to-month unless both parties agree to another lease term.

    "Quiet, Pet friendly. Neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. There were 2 antagonists but fortunately they sold. The current Board is working hard to meet the requirements for a well maintained community that we can enjoy. Please ignore the previous negative comment. HOA fees are now $244 for the purpose of replenishing reserves that were depleted."
