About the House: (See even more at MyPaysonHouse.com) The home is 2475 SF and sits on a fully fenced 1/4 quarter acre lot in Ridgeway Estates on a quiet dead-end street in Payson, Arizona, a mile-high town in the mountains of Central Arizona . It is a tri-level home with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (Two full, one 3/4 and one 1/2), a large kitchen and dining area, an oversize living room and a large extra room that we used as a home office. Each room has a ceiling fan and there is central heating and evaporative cooling. It has plenty of room for two cars in a detached oversize two car garage with a covered entry to the house. There is room for RV storage in the back with a separate gate.

Recent Improvements: A New 30 year roof was installed in 2014. All of the outside decks were redone in 2014 with a 7 year coating. New carpeting was installed in 2014 in all bedrooms and the stairs. A new 15 year garage door and a new garage door opener were installed in 2014.

Ramsey park is very close with many amenities including multiple sport fields, dog park, library, pool, children’s play area, bbq areas, skating park and a hiking trail. Payson is a vey outdoorsy place with 35 hiking trail around the city limits and many, many more trails, water areas, camping etc. Truly an outdoor persons dream place."

    "It’s a close walk to the green valley park and historical Main Street. The down side is there aren’t sidewalks and people drive Very fast down this street. There are also not too many street lights so people usually walk their dogs during the day to the park. "

If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
