We recently purchased this house and plan to fully remodel in December; hence the 2 month rental term.

The apartment is clean and was well taken care of but as you can see in the photos the unit it is a bit out-dated. The pictures are out-of-date (carpet has been removed and replaced with painted concrete flooring).

The current rental price of 1500 is for the unit in its current condition; but a 2bd rental for this price in this location is an amazing deal!

This 850 sqft unit comes with one parking spot in the garage and one additional off street parking space. The washer and dryer hook-up is located in the garage. There is a small patio off of the kitchen as well!

 - This is a short term rental available from 10/1/2018 through 11/30/2018. We are planning to begin major remodeling so the apartment will need to be vacated by end of Nov.

Utilities included: Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, gas, electric and internet.
