Abraham Lincoln park is only a short walk and has volleyball court, playground and walking track and adjacent is a dog park. Their is a very quaint shopping area only a short walk south with groceries, salons, auto repair, dry cleaners, restaurant. Pace bus service is only a 2 block walk and services Metra, Greyhound, Waubonsee Community College and many more destinations. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. 10 minutes to I-88 access. Downtown Aurora is only minutes away and has many great places to visit. Aurora University is a short walk west. This part of Aurora is a perfect place to raise a family."
