Hello I currently live in Lee's Summit in a beautiful 940 square foot, Two bedroom park lane apartment (walking from University of Central Missouri and summit fair). My lease is up to July 2016. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to move out of the state in December. The apt has lots of storage space, and dishwasher,refrigerator, Microwave . All common amenities are available.It is a second floor apt with 2 side balcony (one park and swimming pool and laundry facing one is road facing). It have 2 big bed room big dinning hall and big kitchen(furnished).It is an brand new renovated apartment. It is a quiet, very nice complex with good maintenance. Rent is 775.00. You also have to pay electric, and my bill has never been higher than $45 per month. open car parking is free but you can pay additionally to get a covered car parking if you want.
I am looking to sublease my apartment, which means that you would apply through the apartment manager with me and get cleared including credit check and then you would take over my lease. I would let you keep my deposit on the place, but you would become the new lease holder until July. Please email me or call me to fix schedule to visit the apartment and community. Location is close to lot many restaurants, grocery stores and happening places.Brand new renovated apartment with granite flooring and everything is new.
Please note due to subleasing you will get 200 $ cheaper apartment else same apartment cost you 1000$ now due to sublease you need to pay 775 ONLY. If you you want to move early or late 25th dec we can discuss and mange.

They were understanding and just asked me to handle it. If they pick up a loose dog they will make every attempt to try to get dog home rather than straight to pound. Scan chips, call tag #s, etc."
