"There are plenty of other dogs in the community. The owners all seem friendly. People generally pick up after their dogs, but sometimes they don’t. Be mindful of cars. Some dogs are without leashes, and it could be dangerous. There’s plenty of grass."
  • Snford717
"Everyone is super friendly. A lot of neighbors have dogs but they are always on a leash. Great neighborhood for kids to play also. "
  • Snford717
"In our neighborhood there are several families with children. They all play together and we all watch out for each other. New Albany is a great place to live and raise children. "
  • Helen B.
"While many people own dogs, they can't run free. If you want to keep your dog from getting run over, said dog will have to be put either on a chain or within a pin. Expect to hear s lot of complaining if your dog barks a lot."
  • Jenks_1967
"Good neighbors, neighbors watch out for kids and dogs and the crime is low. There is a leash law and we don’t have a problem with stray dogs coming around. Large park and walking track in town. Plenty of room to walk dogs. "
  • Chelsea C. M.
"It’s a very quiet neighborhood and everyone around us is so sweet. We don’t have to deal with loud, unruly neighbors and our kids always have someone to play with."
  • amercengic
"Nice and clean place with lots of parking (4-6 vehicles). Added front gate improved safety. Really nice place."
