Just moved in to sell. Originally '106 south maple' built in 1886, Moved in 2003 and beautifully restored. Home came from before many wars, with many hidden treasures. Brought into the new millennium with ALL new electric, ALL new copper waterlines with fixtures at time of restoration, ALL new sewer to street. Hard wired smoke/CO, cad 5 and cable to each room. Insulated and water proofed concrete walls and floors, new windows, siding, and roof were added, water heater replaced 2013. Home has central air with furnace replaced 2014. Much character stayed with this house throughout the years. It Is move in ready.

Overfull school (classrooms and the school itself are small, relative to enrolled population), overworked, overstressed staff. The class sizes are too large and the support staff seems overwhelmed (e.g., they lose important paperwork, fail to pass along messages, etc). I can't imagine the juggling the poor Principal has to do, but he too, misses a lot. The teachers we dealt with ranged from adequate to excellent.The continual "indoor recess" inside tiny classrooms was the tipping point for us. We opted another district school after a few years at Lincoln and have been very pleased with the new school (more field trips, more opportunities, more fun, happier kids).

"The proximity to the hospital and clinic can’t be beat. The farmer markets in town are not the greatest in organization and diverse products, but the sellers are friendly and usually well stocked! The school district is mostly great, and have 1:1 technology. Overall it’s a welcoming community, and family friendly. "

"Friendly people. Lots of mature trees and well maintained yards with birds and wildlife. People frequently walk their dogs or take walks in the neighborhood during lunch hour. The area is quiet and peaceful and very safe."
