Cumberland Trace is a newer townhome complex centrally located in Pinellas County. Corner unit in the back of the complex but a short walk to the pool. Very well maintained. Neutral paint and professionally cleaned carpet. Living Room/Dining Room combo with sliders out to the open patio for BBQ. Kitchen is spacious and open to the dining room. There is a half bath downstairs and a full 1 car garage. Very light, bright and clean. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, full bath with double sinks, stall shower and separate tub. Bonus room would be a great home office, playroom or small tv area. Blinds on all windows. One of the nicest locations and units in the complex. Complex has limited guest parking. Tenants with more than one car will need to park one in the garage and one on the driveway. No street parking is permitted. All potential tenants must complete application for the landlord and the HOA. HOA approval requires a minimum of 10 days and a face to face interview with the HOA. First, last and security deposit required.

There’s a hospital and pharmacy close by and there’s lots of thrift stores and restaurants but it’s a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors do not get in your personal space at your residence "

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
