"people don't take care of their animals around here they let him roam around with no leashes in most of the dogs are pretty mean they're not tame dogs there are few but not a lot and people smoke marijuana around here to and it stinks I myself am allergic to marijuana so when they start smoking it I have to go in my house and that's not fair "

"There is a two animal limit per household, we feel that is ridiculous. Pit bulls have to be on a muzzle while in your yard and being walked. absolutely, ridiculous. You have to register your animals with Bellefountain City Hall. "
