5 bed, 1.5 bath, fireplace, jacuzzi (needs small electrical work), all newer appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher) will stay. 2 sheds, single stall garage, formal dining room all on a large corner lot. This 1920's home has been greatly updated inside and is on a huge corner lot - the kids loved it! All but 2 windows upstairs have been replaced, shingles are 13 years old. Blown-in insulation was done several years ago which will explain the capped holes in the siding (before I bought the home). Great neighborhood, close to downtown, churches and schools. See it at 804 6th St. NE in Devils Lake. Price is well below appraised value so you have money for improvements you may choose. Home is ready to be moved into and can be seen by giving us a call.

Neighborhood Description

Quiet, kid-friendly area. Close to many schools, churches, pool, ball diamonds and all of downtown. We walk all over the place and the bike/walking path is also nearby. Several of the neighbors have never changed in the 10 years we have been here.
