If your child has to go to this school fight hard to get them to any other school because this place does not care about the child at all. They do anything to the kids and do not inform the parents about half the stuff. Run as far as you can!!!!

i was a student here and i ABSOLUTLEY hated it there yes i admit there was some great teachers but the rest of them especially the ap's they where horrible when it came to mangement and controlling their students and staff, we've had way too many close calls when it came with threats so parents PLEASE for the love if god do NOT take your child to cypress springs it was soul sucking.

I will say this my son has never had a F on a report card and received his first F ever. I’m very disappointed in this school. My son is a well mannered child who works hard in school compared to other kids who care less about their grades. He never missed an assignment in this class, didn’t receive anything lower than a B in this class. The last two weeks a teacher assigned a paper where it seems a mix up on due dates or if it was for a grade (obvious some type of miscommunication). Up until 3 days before grades was due my son was passing with a high B. This teacher decides to add the grades to the grade book three days before grades is due dropping the grade to an F. Receiving four zeros for one paper that was broken up in 4 sections. Missing an assignment is not like him and as a teacher knowing if you have a student who’s on top of his work and don’t cause a disturbance, I would think it would cause a red flag to ask him questions or contact his active parent who keeps up with his grades weekly. Nope, she was happy to give that F. This is 8th grade year he gets and F and kicked off the sports team. It’s sad how this teacher could care less. But let it be a student who acted out, cussed and fussed then it they would passing. I can’t wait until my son get done with this school and move on to high school. Parents who care about their kids grades stay on top of these teachers at Hopper. They don’t care.

Never ever take your child there if they have special needs. They are not safe there at all. The behavior “specialist “ is a joke. The teachers act like they are falling asleep in an ARD! Thank God we left this pathetic school district. Never experienced anything like it and hope to never again. Please, hire real teachers.
