elegance and mystique are recognizable to generations of Jacksonians. Almost all downstairs rooms have monumental 7'x4' or 7'x3' windows. Four of five HVAC systems are new, as are all thermostats and all three hot water heaters. The composition-shingle roof and TPO roof are new. New ADT Security equipment has been installed. An extra-deep three-car garage has new doors and
openers plus a storage closet with shelving. A mechanical room has four commercial-grade power shut-offs for safety. Outside, two dozen trees have been removed to protect the house and nurture ground growth, all other trees limbed, and the ground graded and prepped for grass in the spring. Attic and foundation vents have been cleaned and sealed to prevent pests. The side yard, accessed through a hall door with wide porch, is also totally private and easily

Finally, a white picket fence plus a board-on-board wooden fence secure the entire
