    "I’ve been here 16 years my neighbors are nice and we look out for each other we maintain our yards and we watch each other’s deliveries to be sure no one steals them we are friendly here but we mind our own business there are a lot of elderly people around that’s been here 30 or more years so most of them are tight and close to each other they know each other very well "
