    "I’ve only seen one person walk a dog and he actually was in a wheelchair walking the dog, but he had one of those pooper scooper things so when the dog did go, he would scoop it up so it is very well-maintained in this neighborhood. All the neighbors seem to be very kind and nice. Haven’t had any problems with my neighbors. In fact the lady across the street from us has a dog.
