The community hosts outdoor concerts in the park, an easter egg hunt and pancake breakfast, breakfast with Santa. swim lessons, cooking lessons, tennis lessons etc. There is an excellent Golf course and restraunt located in the community. It is near hike and bike trails. The salt river tubing company and Saquaro lake are just a few miles away. There is also a fitness club located in the community. Loop 202 will be completed soon and travel to Scottsdale, Chandler and other neighboring cities will be a wiz. It is a unique community located on Las Sendas Mountain with both tract and custom homes. The views are spectacular. This home is near the top of Las Sendas so you can sit in your back yard and enjoy the view of the city lights at night.

    "We've lived in the neighborhood since 2000. The schools are top rated in the state. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Since we border the National Forest, we don't have the congestion of some other similar high-end neighborhoods. We're still only a 20-30 minute drive to Sky Harbor. Great freeway access with the 202. The private pools, tennis courts, and parks are great. So is the mountain biking, road biking, hiking etc. Awesome place to live!"
