    "I love the feel of the open spaces, ponds and the neighborhood lake. Convenient to downtown Covington where there many great restaurants, doctors and hospitals. "

    "This area outside of the gated community is crazy. This area of Dad Penton road has many issues. People shoot guns in their backyards. Trash is dumped illegally. Petty theft is common. No convenient stores for groceries. People drive crazy fast on these winding roads. Lots of big dogs - hard to visit with neighbors. If this is the lot we are thinking of, the back half of it is a swamp."
