Family, family, family is the best way to describe this wonderful jewel of Ooltewah. Mature trees and pancake flat yard are so inviting for kids to run and play. Brings back memories of my own childhood. Anyway, let me get back to the house. As you pull up to the property, the first thing that you notice is how clean and neat the home and surrounding property is kept. Exterior of home has newer paint. Entering in the front door to your left is a formal living room with new carpet. Matter-a-fact, the majority of the floors in the house are new along with the paint. There is a staircase to the second level and a very large coat closet on your right. Straight ahead, you enter into the family room with a warm and inviting fireplace and built-in cabinetry surrounding it. Off the family room is access to your large laundry room (with a storage closet) and into the garage. There is also access to a rear patio off the family room. Once you exit the family room, you will enter the kitchen (again new flooring and paint). You will notice the great functionality of the kitchen and the abundance of cabinet space. The dining room is through the kitchen and connects to the formal living room (which is huge by the way). The dining room gives access to the screened porch off the rear of the house. Perfect for grilling out, while watching the kids play sports in the huge backyard. Going up the stairs to the second floor of the house. The master bedroom suite is immediately to your right. The master bedroom is a large size with a walk-in closet and comfortable master bath. There are three other bedrooms on the second floor, all very good sizes that share a great and roomy guest bathroom. In the garage, there is a staircase to the attic, providing you with an abundance of storage space for family heirlooms and Holiday Decorations. Garage also has door to rear of house.
