    "I have lived in Grafton Hill for 9 years and have no problem recommending it. I love how close I am to the water where I often see kayakers and people fishing. I also love how walkable the area is as I no longer own a car (by choice) and I walk 5-6 days weekly, 4-6 miles per day for exercise. Only one mile from Downtown Dayton and I have always felt safe."

Everyone decorated for the holidays and has get togethers. A good mix of young and old and a lot of different dogs we’ve gotten to meet walking ours in the park. "
