The application fee is $25 per person and includes a credit report, rental history, employment verification and a background check. Our general requirements are:

4. No criminal background

The lease term is 12 months.

Trash, sewer and water included. Resident pays for electric and gas service. Small dog or cat allowed with additional deposit.
