My daughter still holds herself to Lone Rock standards and she is graduating from college. I hope she will always remember her Lone Rock years with fondness. I know I will!

Lone Rock is an overall amazing school. I love how caring the teachers are and how involved everyone students or staff are with the school and community. The only downside to this amazing school is that there is no high school. Also, the class of 2020 didn't get to have our graduation party, but at least the next class got even more money for their graduation party. I love everyone at this school, everyone treated each other like family. This school was truly like a second home and I always looked forward to showing up every day, I didn't like leaving that much.

I took my daughter to this school after she experienced severe racism in several others in the district, To the point she attempted to end her life. While i cant speak about the old prinicpal i can about the new one and it is nothing but negative. I explained everything to him, confided about her mental health issues in past schools from the bullying and her lack of attendance to these schools seeing as she was extremely mentally drained feeling horrible all day. I Explained how She cried to me for hours before school begging not to go. And his response was " Would she be willing to go back to one of those schools to show me shes willing to come here? "I repeat, He asked me to send my 15 year old daughter to schools where she was racially profiled, had slurs thrown in her face and was hated to ' prove ' herself to this man. This principal is horrible and i dont reccomend sending any mixxed race children here as the principal will profile and treat your child horribly. I have truly never felt more unwelcomed and neither has my daughter, she walked out of the meeting on the verge of tears. He doesnt have a regard for the childrens wellbeing, only a regard for how his school looks.
