Neighborhood Description

Just minutes from Downtown Cleveland. This neighborhood was built by Benton Lefton for the "Elinore Park" Subdivision starting in 1939-40 which spans the area between Benton Ave to Briardale Ave. between E.260th street and E. 254th St. The Elinore Park neighborhood is a peaceful multicultural neighborhood with sprawling lawns and nice shade tree covered properties. The neighborhood has 2 public schools and 1 private school within walking distance as well as easy access to downtown Euclid, several local shops and businesses. Elinore park is located less than an eighth of a mile from Briardale Greens Golf Club and the Euclid Recreation Center.

    "Sims Park is Literally rite next door. the Lakefront is also Super Super Close . So it’s always safer to keep and eye on children playing outside alone , atleast for the smaller children. There is always the Memorial Day events that pass rite in from of the complex. The older residents are super sweet and actually do their own beautifying in front of their buildings. "
