      "it appears to be a family neighborhood. there is a park nearby and easy access to the some buses. There were a few incidents of violence but wasn't gang related one happened at the 24 hr store but the hours have since changed. I don't feel unsafe here and I have 2 small children. my mom has lived here for almost 20 years. she said there has been some changes but she is not concerned with it. "

      "I've lived here for these people years I've work with one of my neighbors and each person on each side of me knows me and my husband by full name. We are in a quite area. We have plenty of police present and the fire station is in walking distance ."
